Graphic design is a process to create the look of a publication, presentation, or on the web site attractive, logical manner. When the design is complete then: attract attention, add value, and increase audience interest, simple, organized, providing selective emphasis, and create a unified whole.
The steps in Graphic Design and Learning:
1. Analyze your audience.
2. Determining your purpose message.
3. Deciding where and how you will appear (if it will be printed publications, presentations, or web site).
4. Setting goals.
5. Set the text and images.
6. Select the appropriate format and layout.
7. Select appropriate typefaces, type sizes, type styles, and spacing.
8. Adding and manipulating graphics.

Creating Effective Layouts
Layout guidelines
To learn first is the layout design is the order type and graphics in print publications, presentations, or web site. A good layout should serve the purpose intended by the designer, manage information and images to create a visual way for readers to follow and the reader’s attention. There is no one right way to make a good layout and you need to learn design.
General guidelines for Layouts:
1. Defining your goals publications, presentations, or web site before you begin your layout.
2. Creating basic messages to be conveyed and spatial planning in the vicinity.
3. Select the appropriate type of media (web pages, presentations, printed books, newsletters, or brochures, etc.) and size.
4. Identifying the target audience, then write and design publications, presentations, or web site to always be in the public mind.
5. Consider their interests, reading levels, background, etc.
Organize Layouts
A good layout easy to follow and give clear focus to the public for help so you can easily find their way through publications, presentations, or web pages. If there are readers to work on them to find a way through the publication, they probably will not read it. Organize and emphasize information that you make your message as clear as possible. Deciding what you want the reader to see or read the first position and it is appropriate, then decide what you want the reader to read or see the next (Learning Design). Continue to organize and emphasize the information until you have entered all of them. Quality of your layout to determine how fast your readers will be directed through the rapid publication and how they will be able to read it.
